Greetings! My name is Tanner Jones, a recent graduate of the Master of Science in Information Security Policy & Management (MSISPM) program at Carnegie Mellon University. With a deep-rooted interest in technology and its potential to drive innovation and shape our world, I sought to contribute my skills to an organization that makes a positive impact on a global scale. My work experience with Amazon as a security engineer has taught me the importance of security automation to reduce human error and write scalable code and applications.
My previous role as a Security Analyst for the United States Air Force (USAF) allowed me to actively contribute to securing Platform Information Technology (PIT) Systems. In this capacity, I played a role in ensuring compliance with Authorization to Operate (ATO) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes. I diligently assessed each system's status and aided in implementing the necessary policies and security controls. It is important to secure our critical IT systems and software that we depend on for our daily functions and our national security.
Why I decided to join TestifySec:
